Words, rather than picture outlines
These sheets trace animal names in letters. They do not contain animal drawings or trace-and-color pictures. Choose short familiar names for larger lettering, or replace them with animals from a book you are reading.
Add a speaking activity
Say each animal name and describe where it lives or how it moves. After writing, the learner can draw their own animal on separate paper. Long dinosaur names scale down or wrap onto another row to stay readable.
