Make the model easy to see
A left-handed writer’s hand can cover the model as they write. Print this sheet with the example at the start of the line, then keep a second copy or a name card above the page so the model stays visible. Use fewer, larger lines per page to reduce crowding.
Paper position and posture
Place the paper slightly left of centre and tilt the top of the page to the right. Let the writer adjust until the line is easy to see. The left-handed writing setup guide explains paper placement, seating, and why you should not force a grip.
Practice, not diagnosis
This sheet is a general practice aid. If a writer has pain, fatigue, or difficulty that affects everyday writing, ask their teacher or a qualified professional for advice.

Good to know
Is the worksheet different for left-handed writers?
The letters are the same. The helpful differences are layout and setup: a large model, space to write, and paper placed so the hand does not hide the line.
